Cycling is intense cardio, but you get to ride your own ride. Adjust your resistance as we climb hills, work through intervals, and sprint to the finish line. This is a fun one! Grab a towel and a water bottle and come join us on our next ride!
Yoga is a great way to incorporate balance and flexibility into your workout routine. Yoga focuses on the fundamentals of body control to stabilize and breath control to relax. No previous yoga experience is necessary to feel comfortable in this class. Mats are available if you need one.
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops body control. Pilates emphasizes alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Mats are available if you need one.
Strength & Conditioning
In this high-intensity class, we’ll work on cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, and agility, maximizing your performance and fitness. Whether your goal is to participate in an obstacle course run or just to make it to the end of class, come let one of our Strength and Conditioning coaches lead you through a great workout!
There are three elements to the Boom Fitness program. Strength (Muscle), Cardio (Move), and balance, core work and stretching (Mind). Some Boom classes have two elements for example Boom Move and Mind has a cardio segment and then ends with a yoga/pilates/stretching segment, and other classes just have one element, such as a full class of Boom Mind.
